Blood transfusion

Blood transfusion

This pregnancy has got me craving all kinds of things. But really, mostly fruit… Which was funny because with Castiel, I didn’t like that and only wanted unhealthy stuff. But LE is more on the “let’s eat super healthy”- train, something that’s really nice because it gets my body to relax more and still let me enjoy my other cravings.

This past month, month and a half craving has been Blood Transfusion juice. It has been really good after I’ve thrown up because it was easy on the stomach. (How I don’t miss my many weeks of vomiting)

What you need for this is:

Depending on the size of your watermelon, 1/4 or 1/2 watermelon.

2 limes, one for the juice and one to cut and out into the glass with ice cubes.

1 1/2 beetroot, washed and peeled of course.

You’ll also need a juicer. All of it goes into the juicer and out comes a delicious red juice.
